In this episode, I talk with Isa Herrera, a licensed physical therapist and expert in integrative pelvic floor therapies, about her experiences in starting up her business in the women’s health field, how she transitioned her business from brick and mortar only to the online space, and why all women need to pay attention to the wellness of their pelvic floor.
In helping over 14,000 women since 2005 in her private practice, as well as her own personal experience with pelvic floor problems after the birth of her daughter, Isa understands the benefits of caring for our pelvic floor health and the power of natural methods for doing so. She encourages women to educate themselves and become their own best health advocates. As she tells me, “What I want for women is for them be proactive and empower them to awaken the doctor within themselves.”
You’ll also learn the benefits of pelvic floor therapy, the number one misconception women have about their pelvic health, how to amp up your organisms with pelvic floor exercises, how all pelvic floor issues can be improved with natural healing methods and so much more
